For optimal flavour, add 1 teaspoon (2gms) per 200ml cup. Use less than boiling water (80°C). Always pour hot water over the tea leaves and not the other way around. Steep for 2 minutes.
If you desire a stronger brew, increase the tea quantity instead of over steeping.
All our teas, can be re-brewed. Just add hot water and steep for longer than the first cup.
To enjoy as an iced tea, brew as you would for a hot cup, but double the quantity of tea leaves. Strain and add sweetener to taste and let chill. In a tall glass, add ice and pour over!
