Refund policy

Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy

We hope you enjoy our teas as much as we do, but if you aren't delighted with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. 

Returns (If Applicable)
Our policy lasts 7 days. Beyond 7 days of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • In the off chance that you have received a product that is different than what you had ordered, you need to notify us by email with the same within 24 hours. Photos for reference is recommended so that we can process your application for returns. (To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.) 
  • If the product is damaged then you can email us directly regarding the same within 24 hours. (Please attach some photo proof so it is easier for us to process the application for return)

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable for a refund and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/ Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale/ discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at brewletteco@gmail.com and send your item to:
